-- Business Analyst-- Consulting Description Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - This Business Analyst role consults with the operating units and accounting to conduct business process reengineering translating business problems/requirements producing near real timing reporting in support of profitability analysis, cash flow management and business KPI's. - Conducts Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Workflow documentation expertise - Translating business problems/requirements into technical specifications for configuration or development - Manages projects using basic facilitation skills. - Develops project scope, objectives, detailed work plans, resource plans, budget, communications and status reports. - Manages all project resources, internal and external - Manages project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts using basic facilitation skills on a continuous basis, escalating issues when appropriate. - Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources accordingly to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet stakeholder expectations. - Effectively communicates project status and issues with stakeholders as required.
