Business Analyst, Credit Risk
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to manage new initiatives for Treasury related Credit Risk domain. This role will be for an initial contract period of 12 months.
Mandatory Skill-set
Candidate must have the following skill-set:
- Degree in Banking, Commerce or Information Systems-related field;
- Minimum 5-7 years’ relevant experience in business analysis and project management;
- Prior experience managing Credit Risk Systems essential;
- Knowledge of credit products, risk processes and the Bank’s credit processing systems preferred;
- Knowledge in Treasury and Markets Products such as FX, MM, Derivatives and Securities;
- Prior business analysis experience of interfacing between IT Teams and end Users, and translating / documenting business requirements into documents that can be used by IT Teams for development of systems solutions;
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Meticulous and able to work under pressure.
Desired Skill-set
- Technical experience in database management systems, OLAP tools, and Ms Excel/Access.
Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide support to business and credit users and assist business units in translating business requirements into deliverables;
- Contribute to the business specific tasks in the projects undertaken by the team from initialization to post-implementation;
- Manage and maintain Credit Risk Systems;
- Undertake a business analyst role for business and credit users to understand, collate and document users’ requirements for enhancements to Credit Risk Systems;
- Ensure successful delivery of enhancements / projects assigned from analysis and specification of users’ requirements, solutioning, test planning, facilitation of simulation, preparation for implementation, live verification and documentation;
- Facilitate process changes.
