Business Analyst, Credit Risk recruitment
Reporting into the Project Manager for one of the key workstreams within a Credit Change programme you will provide business analysis support to the PMs and also face off against internal finance division looking at capital reporting, PL etc.
Core Accountabilities:
- Lead the Business Analysis work on either projects, or programme workstreams. Responsible for gathering data to undertake diagnostic activities to asses business requirements e.g interviews, data collection.
- Develop documentation of business operating models, business requirements and organisational designs as specified by the Project/Programme Manager.
- Develop solutions to business problems, new requirements and recommedations that reflect business drivers such as risk, cost and timescales.
- Support the senior members of the project team in the design/development of complex business models/solutions by producing wotk plans to support implementation of solutions and make recommendations to improve processes and working practices
- Produce or contribute to the production of project/programme plans, business/benefits case and business requirements definition
- Responsible for the implementation and identification of workplace impact and produce transition plans to support effective implementation
Experience:
- Solid Business Analysis experience gained within financial services, preferably within Wealth Management but people from Investment or Retail Banking will also be considered
- Experience of working on a Credit Risk change programme preferably from the business side as opposed to technology
- Exposure to working on financial worksteams/ financial change programmes. Accountancy qualification or financial MSc/MBA would be preferred
- Dynamic, highly driven individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
