Business Analyst – CRM H/F recruitment

Founded in 1990, Exane is an investment company specialising in three businesses:

- Cash Equities, which has built a strong franchise in Europe under the Exane BNP Paribas brand name.
- Equity Derivatives, which involves the origination, distribution and arbitrage of structured products and listed derivatives.
- Asset Management, which is specialised in long / short alternative equity funds.

Under the Exane BNP Paribas brand name, created in 2004 when the agreement with BNP Paribas was signed, Exane provides institutional clients with research, distribution and execution on European equities.

With about 100 analysts based in Paris, London, Brussels and Milan, Exane BNP Paribas' research is the pillar of the group's expertise and has benefited from substantial investment. The equities research team covers more than 600 companies across Europe, over 75% of which are non French.
The sales, sales trading and trading teams (160 people) serve about 1,200 clients worldwide.
Drawing on its clear leadership in France, Exane BNP Paribas has established a strong position on European Equities (N°7 Pan European Equity Sector Research in Extel Survey 2011, with 7 sector teams in the Top 5).

As part of the Client Account Management team at Exane BNP Paribas, the cash equity brokerage arm of the Exane Group, you will be working on the following assignments:

- Client broker vote analysis
Responsibility for a client portfolio: understanding the client voting methodology, vote analysis, preparation of internal scorecards, review of action points with the account manager

- Client strategy business analysis

- Review of client resource allocation

- Administering our Priority Client business plans

- Monitoring analyst activity

- You are a graduate from a top-ranking management school with a specialization in Finance and have an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- You have an excellent level in Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a methodical and rigorous approach to organizing, a strong sense of teamwork and good inter-personal skills
