Business Analyst Custody Services recruitment
The successful candidate will come from a settlements/clearing and custody background with strong technical understanding to work in their securities services business. Strong stakeholder management skills are required to improve the architecture and strategy of the settlements/clearing and transaction management components. You will be working closely with a team of programmers (Singapore/India) and potential software vendors.
The Requirements
- 12+ years of experience as BA or PM with strong technical background in the reference data space, at least 5+ years experience within custody services, clearing/settlements
- Good understanding of the following: business requirements in securities reference data, data feeds, corporate actions, pricing data
- Exceptional understanding of capital market, security services, regional/global custody business functionality is required
- Proven track record in working with large and complex technology solution
- Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems/methodologies
The Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering doing document analysis, interviews, business/task flow analysis etc
- Close communication with internal/external customers to define information needs/functional requirements in order to deliver: use cases, GUI, screen/interface designs
- Work with PMs to define concepts, analyse business plan executions using your exceptional analytical/product management skills
- Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
