Business Analyst – Derivatives – AVP recruitment
The candidate should have experience with requirements gathering across a global stakeholder group, business and functional requirements writing, working with system architects and developers, working with testing, coordinating user acceptance testing, and release management. The individuals in the department will be responsible for working with the business sponsors / SMEs creating high quality business and functional requirements, work with Development and QA staff to design and verify solutions respectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of technology or finance required.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst required.
• Graduate degree (MS, MBA) preferred.
• 2 - 5 years experience
• Experience with building large scale systems
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of the software development life-cycle (SDLC, Agile)
• Solid documentation skills
• Solid presentation skills
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design required.
• Solid experience with integrated systems required.
• Understanding of XML desired.
