Business Analyst – Derivatives – Clearing
Our Client is a tier one bank. Business Analysts are required to be part of a major operations change initiative.
You will have recent experience of working as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a bank or consultancy firm. You will have been involved with change management and transformation initiatives and your skill set will include some of the following:
- Good understanding of:
- cross asset class including derivatives, FX, OTC
- regulatory requirements for EMIR, CCP, Dodd Frank
- clearing, settlements and operations
- front to back office work flows
- middle office and compliance
- Good Business Analysis skills:
- writing business requirement documents
- defining functional specifications
- defining “as is - to be” operating models
- gap Analysis
- process flows
- good stakeholder management
- Good Testing skills:
- UAT
- regression testing
- test plans and test scripts
