Business Analyst – Derivatives (Reconciliations) – Tier One IB recruitment
Our tier one investment banking client are currently recruiting for a senior Business Analyst to join the reconciliations team within the derivatives back office.
This area of the bank is currently undergoing a huge re-engineering program which has seen an incredible amount of investment from board level down that is committed to driving through the ambitious project
As part of this program there is an urgent requirement for a senior BAto work closely with a the project management, development and operations team to deliver business critical projects on time and within budget. There is a large number of onsite and offshore development teams that require leadership and someone who can come onboard and deliver from day one and shape the way the projects are delivered.
You will be heavily involved in the rollout of additional functionality to further optimize the Operational Efficiency of their current user-base. You will be involved in the Onboarding of additional lines of business or financial products and also be expected to deliver technical functional resiliency projects ensuring stability / capacity / reliability to support projected business growth
The ideal candidate will possess strong BA skills and ideally have a business awareness of Derivatives, products and how they are constructed, and the associated operational procedures. Our client are really looking for a BAwho can genuinely deliver projects on time and within budget. People who walk the walk as opposed to being able to talk a good game.
To be successful with your application it is imperative that you can demonstrate the ability to manage projects independently, explain and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in a persuasive and convincing manner
