Urgent need for a highly skilled Business Analyst with detailed knowledge of the Derivatives / Equities trading industry to join a leading provider of trading systems to this space. You will become a critical part of a fast moving organisation with a huge market share, a highly technical product suite and some of the best technologists in the industry.
Business Analyst Role:
- Working closely with sell-side traders IT heads to gather requirements around trading system functionality and use
- Produce high level functional technical specifications
- Document procedures methodologies of system use
- Interact across the Business / IT divide
- Engage with leading trading firms across the financial services industry
- Be responsible for the progression development of the Business Analysis team
To be considered for this fantastic position, all applicants must have:
- Thorough knowledge of Derivatives or Equities (ideally supported by Fixed Income)
- Experience in all the above listed job requirements
- A strong background in communicating across IT and business relating to trading systems
- Exceptional motivation for joining a fast-moving and challenging organisation
- Fantastic communication skills and the ability to break down complex business / IT related issues
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving
