Overall Job Purpose:
Support of business applications.Applications incidents resolving.
Keyresponsibilities:
• Incident management for Diasoft 5NT and other systems
• Securities functionality for Diasoft 5NT Support.
• New functionality and releases deployment for Diasoft 5NT.
• Interfaces support between Diasoft 5NT and other Bank systems.
• Accounting skills in scope of Diasoft 5NT coverage.
• Carry on applications support documentation and knowledge base.
• Consult users on applications workflow processes.
• Manage applications problems received from user side, including analysis, and following up the deadlines.
• Deploy functionality changes in production environment.
• Organize application testing in Acceptance and Production environments.
• Accept applications for support according to Application acceptance procedure.
• Post-analyse applications problems and suggest permanent solution for recurring problems.
• Consult colleagues on applications structure and flow processes.
