E*TRADE Securities Limited (ETSL) is a UK registered entity. ETSL is authorised by the FSA and deals as risk-less principal with an international client base, providing cross border US equity products. ETSL broadly operates an outsourced business model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log, control, analyse, escalate and prepare management reports in respect of Management Information provided by ETSL’s affiliates detailing the performance of activities undertaken on ETSL’s behalf.
- Support the Client Money Assets Manager in the preparation and oversight of bank and custody reconciliations.
- Provide cover for the New Accounts Associate in preparing new accounts and supporting documentation for approval.
- Update and control a central database reflecting current status of all client related information. Prepare ad hoc reports on ETSL customers for senior management
Essential Technical Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience of working on multiple tasks
- Ability to persuade and influence
- Expert MS Excel and basic proficiency in MS Access
Desirable Skills/ Experience:
- University degree educated
- Relevant experience from within the Financial Services industry
- Brokerage experience would be advantageous but not essential
