Purpose:
The Exception Management
platform is designated as the single point of all exception
notification and management for all products as part of the
competitive landscape. This platform currently has multiple pain
points and has to be re-architected for the strategic needs of the
organization. This project has significant ROI and benefits in
terms of better STP efficiencies, ability to provide Middle Office
and Back office accountabilities, provide quicker exception
resolution times, etc.
Skills
- As the
Application Development Manager with extensive experience this
person will organize, plan, and monitor multiple ICG Technology
activities, people, processes, and resources. Manages the
day-to-day service delivery of team member to ensure all action
plans, goals, and objectives are completed in a timely manner, with
high quality, and within acceptable financial parameters. Provides
accurate record keeping and reporting. - Ensures that
all relevant and required processes and procedures are followed.
Assures the presence of standards and procedures to support the
information needs of the business in a flexible but efficient
environment. - Promotes
opportunities for continual improvement. Identifies and researches
new technologies and processes to address a business need and
provides input to the recommendation made to senior
management. - Coordinate
and participate in requirements gathering; enhancements; testing;
documentation; budget management and member/business notification
of product enhancements and/or business
opportunities. - Ensure
development objectives are accomplished; user testing is performed;
and member/business notification is prepared in a timely
fashion. - Ensure
timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the
life cycle of the project. - Ensure
methodology compliance; document problem areas and coordinate
resolutions; reporting to management as necessary.
