Business Analyst – FICC Middle Office recruitment
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting project planning phase and track progress accordingly (incl. management of risk, issues and dependencies)
• Running workshops and meetings with project stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve key issues
• Working with other (operations, finance, risk) teams to ensure front and middle office design meets F2B integrity across end to end business infrastructure
• Training line resources on new processes and system functionalities
The role combines a need for creativity innovation in designing solutions, requirements preparation with the need for logical analysis and conceptual thinking in problem solving and decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- Ability to extract, formulate and document business requirements, utilizing different methods
- Good understanding of the FICC product suite
- Understanding of process methodologies with project and systems development lifecycle experience
- Ability to work within both waterfall and iterative project lifecycle approaches
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload
