Our client is an ASX listed mining company with valuable assets and an excellent support structure for employees.
Due to growth they are looking to appoint a Business Analyst / Mine Accountant to work back-to-back with their current BA on an 8/6 roster.
This exciting role offers the chance to have a primary focus on business improvement, analysing business processes and mentoring the teams to ensure improvement objectives are met. You will also be responsible for BI project reporting and post completion, project audits. Furthermore your accounting abilities will be utilised providing management reports, budgets/forecasts, cost analysis and variance analysis for JV partners, mine personnel and corporate management.
To be successful it is essential that you offer experience in a Mine Accounting or BA capacity and Pronto system skills will give you a distinct advantage. You will need the confidence to lead and mentor teams ensuring KPIs are met and initiatives are well received.
