Business Analyst – Finance Change recruitment
My client is looking for a very experienced Business Analyst who has very strong experience of working in a Change environment. The opportunity sits within Finance Change, however there is heavy technology interaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the release of an existing project of work, meaning that the ability to work to challenging timelines is essential. The project of work is due to run until 2015 at the earliest and is delivered in staged releases.
The Business Analyst should have:
Excellent Business Process flow capacity.
Experience of Cost Management (i.e. P2P) as well as Resource Management.
Experience of Financial Accounting would be beneficial, although not essential.
General Ledger knowledge.
Oracle Suite of Costs would be a nice to have, although not essential.
Any PM skills would be a bonus.
Detailed analysis skills are important as well as a full understanding around the current vs the proposed, as well as gap analysis.
