Business Analyst, Finance Division recruitment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new accounting and back-office systems
- Liaise with back-offices on process and control improvements, challenge and re-engineer procedures and controls to minimize operational risks and improve efficiency
- Carry out business analysis and liaise with different units on the functional specifications for systems enhancements and/or developments
- Handle user acceptance tests, migration and post-implementation support reviews
- Monitor project progress and risks
- Understand and monitor stakeholders’ requirements and expectations
- Coordinate actions with Regional and Global teams to leverage other entities’ knowledge and experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Finance Background / or within a similar position in the financial industry
- Experience in large scale system implementation, conducting process-re-engineering and change management projects
- Strong analytical mindset
- Leadership to challenge existing processes and propose fresh ideas
- Strong project management and inter-personal relationships skills
- Remuneration will depends on experience level
