Business Analyst – Finance I.T – Liquidity Reporting – Tier 1 Investment Bank recruitment
The VP will be taking the lead in driving the whole virtual team, looking after 2 AVP BA’s,
The main requirement is for a
• Senior VP, dealing with tricky customers.
• Needs to have regulatory experience.
• Could be capital requirements directive or FSA reporting,
• strong on data modelling
Space
• Finance I.T, with an element of testing, making sure applications are fit for purpose.
• In the regulatory space
Key areas
• The manager needs good technical backgrounds (not necessarily coders) some development/tech Qualification, to create a simple database schemer
• Good SQL skills need to do data modelling, ETL knowledge, MIS knowledge, business objects, oracle experience.
• Sourcing data processing the data, reference data, populating this reporting role.
• Need awareness of the financial landscape, to talk finance, awareness of how a P n L differs from a balance sheet
• The ideal will be an accountancy background with a technical understanding.
Finally the successful candidates will need to have experience of sourcing data into solutions to meet business requirements. The candidate will need to be involved with the software development lifecycle. Experience in the change space and functional design will also be helpful.
