Business Analyst, Finance recruitment
Position Purpose:
Proactively provide management reporting, analysis and business support to the Regional Finance Director and Business Directors of the business as the finance department of CPN Singapore goes through a transformation ie budiling solid management accounting and coordinated business planning, SAP/ ERP enhancement will be an important tool in this transformation. The incumbent will be required to support the Business Controller, who will in turn support and challenge the Regional Finance and Business Director for this change to take place. Work closely with Business Managers in terms of business partnering, understanding the requrirements, monitor performance and keeping the managers updated. Ensure compliance in area of responsibility with tax, treasury etc.
Principal Accountabilities:
- 25% - Coordinate all management information flows within the company, assuring data integrity and full alignment of information from various sources to present one set of numbers.
- 10% - Involvement of Operations Control and Credit Control.
- 10% - Build Internal Control systems and ensure implementation.
- 15% - Proactively develop and prepare standard reports in areas such as customer and product profitability, expenses (variance, budget, forecast), purchase price variances, production efficiency, inventory control, aging etc.
- 10% - Analyze variances in the standard reports and proactively propose actions for improvement.
- 15% - Provide full support of the budget and forecast process ie develop formats to support the budget process, be responsible for the link between the business and accounting 15% - Support the business in improving the accuracy and efficient use of the ERP system SAP.

Qualifications:
- Recognized degree in Accountant/ Finance/ Economics from a reputable University, preferably with an MBA Finance
- 6 - 10 years experience as an analyst, management accountant or business related controller
- Chartered Accountant/ Management Accountant/ CPA preferred
- Experience working in International Company
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) will be an added advantag
- Very strong Excel skills
