Business Analyst- Financial Modelling recruitment
Responsibilities Include:
- Consolidate and audit of the discounted cash flow models we’ve used so far according to GIAAP requirements – there is a model for each terminal and then each phase totalling 6 in total at the moment
- Deepen the DCF models with more granular information on schedules, costs and tax treatments
- Add models for each option (we have identified 10 options so far to invest capex for associated benefits) to show how each creates an NPV and IRR
- Rank projects on an investment curve of NPV vs. Capes for each terminal to allow recommendations for CVP Select to the governance board
- Run utilisation models on the Jetties, pipelines, truck loading racks and tanks to assure the capacities will match the business requirements
- Present analytical information in a format suitable for the Decision Support Packs and Governance Board meetings
Candidate Speicifaction:
- Highly numerate
- Expertise in running BP GIAAP discounted cash flow models
- Desirable to have run models for asset projects before
- Desirable to have run asset utilisation models before
- Strong written communication skills (FMs, ATNs, etc)
- Ability to articulate business case drivers and benefits
