You will have strong analytical skills effectively to minimize risks associated with vehicle investment, improving efficiency, productivity. You will have a strong knowledge of compliance and government legislation around fleet-management. You will be effective at decision making and improvement of functional performance at a high level whereby your decisions will affect strategic directions.
You will have experience around the whole cycle of the technical side of fleet management – from basic vehicle tracking to in-depth knowledge of specific fleet-management software. You will need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive. You will develop and maintain active relationships with partners to strategically align business objectives.
You will have
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- 3+ years experience of technical side of fleet-management
- Knowledge of how large organisations work on the fleet management side
- Great relationship management, presentation skills and business knowledge
- Ability to utilise software tools
- Business side knowledge of processes and procedures
