Business Analyst – Flow Rates/Credit Derivatives Middle Office recruitment
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting project planning phase and track progress accordingly (incl. management of risk, issues and dependencies)
- Business requirements gathering and documenting
- Running workshops and meetings with project stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve key issues
- Working with IT to define solution architecture in line with business requirements and operating model principles
- Working with other (operations, finance, risk) teams to ensure front and middle office design meets F2B integrity across end to end business infrastructure
- Agreeing and getting Ops business/functional requirements and architecture signed-off
- Test-pack generation
- Ensuring business readiness and post implementation support
The successful candidate will have:
-Good understanding of the Flow Rates derivatives products
-Exerperience as a BA or in a line position
-Good knowledge of derivative end to end processing
-A desire to improve processes and eliminate waste and inefficiencies
-Ability to prioritize and schedule workload
-Strong problem solving skill set to proactively resolve issues through all phases of the project
-Strong analytical abilities
-Ability to work within both waterfall and iterative (agile) project lifecycle approaches
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications will be an advantage, especially:
- MS Excel (M)
- MS PowerPoint (M)
- MS Microsoft Project (H)
