Business Analyst – Front To Back Data Sourcing, CFO Change recruitment
THE ROLE INVOLVES:
• Undertake Business Analyst responsibilities on Cash Securities FTB Data Sourcing CSSEL project
• Work closely with PC / PC Change, FA / FA Change to understand and document data and business requirements and the associated reporting impacts
• Perform business analysis on PC and FA reporting solution to identify and address functionality gaps
• Collaborate with both PC / FA and Operations IT teams to interpret business requirements and construct system / process solutions
• Assist in the development of the test approach, test scenarios and test cases and play a key role in the testing execution as one of the main CFOC test resources.
• Perform functional testing and analyse defects in collaboration with IT teams
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for PC / PC Change, FA/FA Change and analyse defects in collaboration with IT teams
• Participate in working group meetings with PC / PC Change, FA /FA Change and IT teams and other project teams as appropriate
• Build and maintain good relationships with key PC and FA resources at a working level
• Provide progress updates to project managers and raise risks, issues and dependencies promptly
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST POSSESS:
• Work experience of 5+ years in either or a combination of the following: Financial Services industry, Consulting Services industry or Audit Advisory services industry
•Experience of or exposure to working in or managing finance change projects involving systems and process change
• Qualified Accountant or undergraduate degree in Accountancy, Business or Commerce would be preferential
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution
• Strong communication (written, verbal, presentational) skills
• Good team player
• Prior experience in a line Product Control role would be advantageous
