Business Analyst – FX / Cash Settlements recruitment
A household name is looking for an experienced change management business analyst professional with extensive experience and technical knowledge of cash and FX processing.
This experience may have been gained within a custody, broker, dealer or fund management environment and experience of more than one of these would be a distinct advantage.
The core aspect of your role will be the analysing, planning and development of the operations and process design for the Cash and FX Processing within Settlement and Clearing.
This involves the full life cycle cash and FX processing requirements including third-party clearing, funding and cash management. .
An outstanding and articulate communicator, you will be expected to represent Operations as part of their core project team, working closely with Product Managers and IT to map the operating model for Cash and FX Processing, in addition to designing and implementing a best in class target operating model component.
You need to have solid, direct experience in a cash / FX processing function within a similar environment, in addition to extensive, demonstrable process design and improvement experience.
If this experience includes quantitative and qualitative methods such as Six Sigma or Lean, then you will be at a distinct advantage as will key business transformation programmes.
