Business Analyst - FX Prime Brokerage - Investment Bank - £75 - £110k
Working within the Global Foreign Exchange (FX) team you need to be an experienced and strong Business Analyst - also having Project Management skills is desirable. This role within FX Prime Brokerage is part of the FX Clearing services function of the Front Office.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be analysing, documenting and proposing solutions for new features and functional enhancements to the trading system, as well as impacts of external changes.
*You will collect, understand and communicate the business requirements for projects in the FX Prime Brokerage book of work. Translate these into functional specifications for developers and test teams.
*You will apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help support the development process and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.
*You will provide the link between the customer, development team and other internal teams.
*You will provide analysis for production issues and document so that developers have clear information on how to resolve the issue.
*You will be writing Project initiation documents defining high level scope, objectives and deliverables for the project.
*You will communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
You will have:
*A good understanding of the FX PB business.
*Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting business processes.
*Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications, ideally for Trading systems.
*Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
The ability to successfully run multiple initiatives simultaneously
