Business Analyst – Global Banking – London recruitment

Global Banking provides financial services to US Wells Fargo customers that have international business and European companies with business presence in the US.
Responsibilities
The primary areas of responsibility for the role are as follows:
- Develop Key Performance Metrics for EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
- Track customer and prospect calls and report monthly.
- Track and consolidate referrals from the U.S. and provide to RVP for review and decision.
- Provide weekly updates on Relationship Manager calls on Wells Fargo subsidiary customers.
- Provide frequently asked reports such as weekly new business activity, OCC and RAR packages.
- Work on PowerPoint presentations for marketing, portfolio reviews and others
- Management reporting as requested by GB Management.
- Other tasks as requested.
Requirements
- Strong academic record and ideally degree educated.
- Solid work experience and a background in financial services.
- Detail oriented and can produce high quality reports.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word etc .
- Driven, competent and a team player.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated working knowledge of general banking operations and/or systems.
