Position Description:
The Finance organization is looking for a seasoned candidate to participate in several renovation programs for the Global Interest Rates business. This includes consolidation of Interest Rate Derivative businesses onto a single legal entity and implementation of a new ledger system.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead the entity migration project for Finance Interest Rates Globally
• Work with partners in Finance, Business unit, Operations and IT to ensure smooth transition.
• Create Pro-Forma reporting inclusive of PL, Balance Sheet and other business metrics for the Interest Rates Single Entity.
• Act as a Finance subject matter expert
• Continuously update senior Finance management on the project progress.
Skills Required:
5-10 years of work experience.
• Understanding of interest rate derivatives preferred (including Risk and Greek PL attribution).
• In-depth understanding of trade data flows and knowledge of product control workflows and systems.
• Experience working on long term projects.
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Hands-on attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
