About the Job
- Supports the RMS Solutions service delivery by translating client requirements, defining and analyzing the application technical requirements and translating into functional design
- Works closely with clients to define and manage ongoing requirements
- Ensures accuracy of detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation
- Provides support and inputs to test planning and execution
- Participates in the development of RMS implementation strategies and plans
- Supports functional process troubleshooting of the RMS, and manages the successful outcome of technical issues
- Conducts internal/client audits of the recruitment processes related to the RMS
- Assists in design and build of eRecruitment reporting and analytics requirements
- Manages RMS configuration and security administration ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
- Attend client-facing meetings, internal team meetings, potential new client demos, and act as a RMS team representative to all levels of the business and the various business units

- Demonstrated Applicant Tracking System functional experience
- 3+ years of experience with Human Resource policies, procedures
- Project team experience
- Collective Agreement/Union environments experience
- Experience working with and application of on-line assessment tools, social media and other related current recruitment practices an asset
- Experience in recruitment reporting (writing and analysis) an asset
- Technical diploma or equivalent, preferable in Human Resources or Computer Sciences fields
- Expert knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio with capabilities to produce advanced presentations and data models including analytical tools, charts, and graphs
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other HR System
- Ability to develop, implement, and support various components of a Recruitment Management System
- Knowledge and application of industry Recruitment best practices
- Conversant with leading edge thinking of organizational process concepts
- Effectively structures the work, plans activities and defines responsibilities to meet business goals
- Analyzes business requirements, develops test criteria for quality assurance and documenting business requirements, methods and processes
