Business Analyst II recruitment

Job Description

Support CMS units by maintaining related databases and analyzing payments to increase STP and reduce OFAC hit rate.

Key Roles Responsibilities

* Update payment related systems with BAU requests:
o Monitor
o Fee file
o Preferred routing
o Timers

* Maintain and update payment related databases:
o MTS
o ACE
o SWIFT
o CHIPS
o FED
o NATS
o OFAC

* Quality Assurance and related inquiries
o STP analysis for branches and customers
o Detailed analysis of repairs

* Review OFAC transactions daily to identify false positives and update STOP database to reduce OFAC rate

* Review and analyze repairs daily to increase STP

* UAT testing for AIX, ACE, eBBS

* Maitain and update departmental DOI's for CMS group

* Maintain accurate records and files to ensure efficient and consistent reporting

* Create and complete all reporting models

* Work independently to develop operational process improvements for all Cash units

* Subject Matter Expert for Payment related topics

Qualifications Skills

Thorough knowledge of the CMS Operations Support, systems, policies and procedures. Thorough knowledge of related Bank products and services. Good analytical skills pertaining to problem identification/resolution. Good multicultural and interpersonal skills, good PC skills. Strong organization and communications skills.
