About our Client
Our client are a well established ASX listed Mining and Resources company.
Job Description
The key delivery of this project is the implementation of a brand new Payroll / HR system. Reporting into the Business Systems Manager and working within a robust and dynamic team, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the implementation process, main duties include:
- Business process mapping activities of the project.
- Business user requirement gathering.
- Understanding and documenting the business processes.
- Creating the supporting business process documentation.
- Managing and executing the test phase and post-implementation activities.
- Implementing consistent business analysis processes.
- Documentation and methodology.
The Successful Applicant
Previous BA experience is essential along with exposure and knowledge to HR/Payroll modules.
- Experience / exposure to working in a HR environment.
- Stakeholder engagement skills.
- Workshop facilitation.
- Test script development and execution.
- Payroll/HR implementation experience is highly desired.
