About our Client

Our client are a well established ASX listed Mining and Resources company.

Job Description

The key delivery of this project is the implementation of a brand new Payroll / HR system. Reporting into the Business Systems Manager and working within a robust and dynamic team, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the implementation process, main duties include:

  • Business process mapping activities of the project.
  • Business user requirement gathering.
  • Understanding and documenting the business processes.
  • Creating the supporting business process documentation.
  • Managing and executing the test phase and post-implementation activities.
  • Implementing consistent business analysis processes.
  • Documentation and methodology.

The Successful Applicant

Previous BA experience is essential along with exposure and knowledge to HR/Payroll modules.

  • Experience / exposure to working in a HR environment.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Workshop facilitation.
  • Test script development and execution.
  • Payroll/HR implementation experience is highly desired.
