Business Analyst Insurance recruitment

Job Responsibility:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand, capture, refine and document business requirements

• Work closely with technical team to identify possible solutions from the technical and requirement perspectives

• Construct functional specification and solution proposed

• Bridge the gaps between technical team and business users; ensure the alignment of business requirements and client’s expectation

• Ensure the quality of all deliverables and services meet the company standard

We are looking for the following skills:

• 6-9 years of Business Analysis experience

• Past experience in insurance preferred

• Minimum Bachelors degree
