Business Analyst (Insurance) recruitment
Working as part of a regional team based in Singapore, the key responsibilities include mapping of processes and work flow needs, looking at new product and existing product procedures. Utilizing your knowledge of industry standards and understanding the business requirements, you’ll be defining systems scope and designing, implementing and document business processes.
Providing clear communication between the IT developers and the functional user, identifying gaps and bridging them. This role will be heavily involved in the testing process through out, ensuring the testing scenario results provide adequate coverage and quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in systems analysis, process improvement effort, implementation of process efficiencies and use of Process Modeling and UML tools.
- MUST HAVE prior experience working within an insurance business
- Ability to elicit, articulate and document process modeling, business requirements, description of business context using scenarios and Data / Reporting requirements,
- Must have strong Business Process Analysis, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management and a proven ability to gain consensus and sign off.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with IT and business
- Hands-on experience on SQL database queries a must.
- Good working knowledge of project life cycle methodology and prevalent project planning tools.
- At least 8 years experience of analyzing business problems and implementing successful IT solutions.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Business Certifications Preferred (i.e. CLU, ARM)
