With an enviable global footprint, our client is a reputable player in international financial services. Dedicated to providing new solutions to financial intermediaries and their clients as well as a broad spectrum of products direct to market, they are now seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Operations Change Management team.
With a focus on (front to back) trade to book processes you will work extensively with stakeholders to drive new solutions to existing problems.
You will define and deliver system and process change by:
- Producing process documentation
- Defining and supporting user testing
- Conducting end user training where needed
- Providing end user post-go live support
- Defining benchmark and capture benefits throughout the project lifecycle
You will be an experienced business analyst with a minimum of three years experience dealing with investment banking operations or trade capture. A knowledge of project lifecycle or key project documentation is essential. Experience in defining and executing User Acceptance Testing will be highly regarded. Good product knowledge is a must.
