Business Analyst – IPV recruitment
This leading Investment Bank is looking to recruit an IPV Business Analyst to work on a number of projects within the Valuation Control workstream of one the city's leading Finance Change projects.
The role will involve the design and delivery of end state valuation control architecture and process framework, including reporting consolidated balance sheets, reserving and Independent Price Verifications (IPV) from a single source of finance data, that will meet the needs of all stakeholders including the Front Office, Finance and Regulators.
You will liaise with programme / project managers, clients, functional analyst leads and developer leads to ensure the Information Technology and non-IT build is in line with the business requirements.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant and posses a strong understanding of Product Control / IPV and the products (particularly FX and Derivatives), risk positions and key trading strategies globally and leveraging this understanding to add value to project team. You will have a proven track record using process mapping techniques and building test cases.
