Business Analyst ISAP/SCORE design fase.

At this moment Huxley Associates is looking for an Business Analyst that is able to help out the RBS organisation in the Netherlands.

RBS is currently undergoing a significant Technology change related to migrating legacy old ABN AMRO systems from the Data Centre in the Netherlands to RBS Technology operating centre in the UK.

They are looking for an Business Analyst within Operations to represent the division and assess the impact of the change on global Operations, provide assistance coordinating the transformation for Operations in EMEA region.

Requirements

Proven communication skills, written and verbal, with experience in communicating with and influencing diverse stakeholder groups
Proven project experience
Self-starter with experience of operating independently: defining specific deliverables, ownership of milestones and successfully driving related activity
Experience of working within an environment of changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Strong information gathering skills
Good knowledge of RBS Group - its Operations and enabling functions
Understanding of the underlying operation of the Bank, knowledge of RBS business processes, ideally based on direct experience
Ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels of seniority across EMEA. Working at the weekends (dress rehearsals and go-live) will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

Engagement and co-operation of appropriate stakeholders and SMEs
Development of good relationships with business and technical contacts
Act as a bridge between Technology and Business
Effective status reporting and issue management in place

What am I looking for?
Project management/Busines Analyses experience gained within a core banking systems environment, including experience of status reporting, phased delivery and management of project issues.
A broad understanding of RBS GTS and GBM operations.
Experience of producing high quality work to tight deadlines.
