Business Analyst, IT, Agile, Investment Bank recruitment
This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Business Analyst to work within a new programme team within a leading investment bank. You will be working on a Greenfield project which is in its initial stages following the regulatory changes which has required a re-architecture of their network functions. You will be liaising with demanding stakeholders, clients and business users of all levels on the technology and business side. Therefore you must have strong communication skills as well as having business acumen and technical gravitas.
The programme is the re-architecture of a network management system in line with strategic goals providing a data repository, business process workflow, controls and management of account relationships with agent banks across multiple asset classes for the organisation. This team supports the opening of new accounts with new clients as well as maintain their existing clients. Therefore you will be providing the analysis on how account openings can be made more efficient, putting control and processes in place as well as adding new functionalities.
Essential:
-Technical business analysis experience within Investment Banking
-Hands-on business and functional analysis skills
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
-Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements for technical usage
-Creation of project documentation, to team standards, to allow business sign off and development action. Interaction
