Business Analyst, IT, Data Analysis, ETL, Investment Bank
Business Analyst required to work within the Regulatory Technology stream of a leading investment bank. The role will be focused on the build out of a risk finance data warehouse for the bank in order to adhere by the regulatory requirements and liquidity reporting. You will be responsible for understanding complex subject matter, business requirements, dependent inputs and expected outputs as well as translating them into functional / technical specifications. You will also be determining data processing / ETL related requirements as well as analysing upstream feeds and identifying where data attributes can be sourced.
Essential:
- End-to-end business analysis skills with experience working in the financials services sector
- Confident communicator able to work with business users to understand, challenge and prioritise requirements
- Data Analysis experience interpreting large databases and preparing executing SQL
- Experience defining data transformation / ETL processes
- Conduct data analysis to support functional requirements
