This role is for two Business Analysts within the Finance IT department which is responsible for managing business migrations. This is the largest strategic programme that is being rolled out of this Tier 1 investment bank and they have reached the most interesting and exciting stage. The Finance IT department provides development and support activities across the bank’s range of applications including product control, financial control and operations functions.
Essential:
- Strong client liaison and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Financial Control and Product Control functions
- Knowledge of investment banking front to back transaction lifecycle
- • Previous experience within a Finance related function in an Investment Bank
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills across all levels and functions
The platform is currently live for three business areas with plans to onboard to all remaining businesses globally over next two years You will be identifying changes to existing business processes as a result of implementing the current platform to a new business area as well as understanding impact of proposed changes on business areas and processes within Finance. Therefore you will need to have a strong understanding of Finance processes and have end-to-end business analysis skills; requirements gathering, eliciting documentation, UAT, delivery and support. In addition
