Business Analyst (IT, Investment Banking / Finance) recruitment
The Business Analyst will be moving in to a department with critical Greenfield projects in the pipeline, and will be heavily involved in producing solution designs for these requirements. The Business Analyst will be facing off to some very senior stakeholders, and will need excellent stakeholder management skills in order to manage their expectations and requirements.
The Business Analyst (IT, Investment Banking / Finance) will have:
• Strong UI design and prototyping experience
• Understanding of Data Analysis (SQL) and formal modelling techniques (UML etc.)
• Understanding and interest in current IT developments and movements
• Experience managing solution delivery – not necessarily from a project management perspective
• A track record of delivery on complex projects, preferably within the financial services and with Greenfield projects
