Business Analyst – IT Records Management recruitment

The candidate will join the Global Electronic Communications Archiving, Monitoring and Surveillance (eCAMS) project team as a Business Analyst within IT Records Management liaising with senior global stakeholders in Legal and Compliance capturing, managing and packaging the global business requirements for each release. Provide solution specific SME expertise, and liaise with the product vendor, project management, development, test, support and architecture teams to delivery the eCAMS business requirements for each release.
The Role:
• Identify and Capture Business Requirements from Legal and Compliance Business Stakeholders
• Manage Business Requirements Relationships with Global Business Stakeholders
• Ensure global standardisation of regional implementations
• Ensure clear and precise documentation, from initial creation through to sign-off and requirement delivery
• Requirement Management with the product vendor
• Provide solution SME expertise
• Coach junior business analysts
Requirements
• Experience in the banking industry
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Records Management knowledge is considered as an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with disciplined and structured approach
• Experience of Managing Complex and Demanding Global Clients
• Experience in 3rd Party Vendor Implementations
• A very good command of English, German will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Modelling Skills (Business Processes and Data Modelling)
• Master degree in information systems or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
