Business Analyst IV
Position entails requirements elicitation, analysis and specification activities; working with customer organizations, refining and documenting requirements in Visual Studio (VS)/Team Foundation Server (TFS). Position requires knowledge of business and financial systems and their integration with line of business functions (work-flow, reporting, etc.) Position requires project management skills and working closely with development, support, and customer staff in deployment of software-intensive solutions. Position includes defining acceptance criteria and testing systems to ensure compliance with specifications (including reporting work-flow). Position requires responsive triage and analysis of problems reported in deployed system and mastery of Microsoft Office, etc. Candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an ability to train and mentor lower level staff, knowledge of modern software development tools and approaches (ASPX, SharePoint, SQL Server) are highly desired.
Bachelors in CS, MIS, or BA. 6-8 years of progressive, relevant, in-depth experience in trouble-shooting, analysis, specification, testing and deployment of line of business or financial software systems in customer-service focused team environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, travel required when requested. Experience working on Agile/Scrum based projects and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio (VS), SharePoint, SQL Server desired. Experience working with Microsoft Project JAMIS, and PeopleSoft desired.
