As a Business Analyst, specific responsibilities may include:
• Working with client’s cross funtional teams for requirement gathering with a consultative approach in solution design
• Working closely with Technical and implementation teams in customising, coding and UATs.
• Assisting the Project Management Office in project delivery.
Requirements:
Functional Skills:
• 2-3 years experience with functional analysis and requirement gathering
Communication:
• Effective communication a MUST
• English Japanese (R/W/S) a MUST
• Mandarin / Cantonese speaking preferred but not required
Technical Skills:
• Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Sybase, Shell scripting, SDLC, Release Management etc a MUST
• JBoss, Autosys, EUC preferred
Domain Skills:
• Cash Eq Fixed Income Middle Office Back Office a MUST
• Some knowledge on Eq, FI front office business preferable
