Solid, verifiable experience writing Use Cases / User Stories
- Experience eliciting requirements in an Agile environment
- Experience developing or using prototypes/mock screen designs to convey requirements (Visio, Axure, iRise simulation tools)
- Process modeling experience (developing the As Is and To Be business processes)
- Pharmaceutical / Clinical Trial experience is a plus but not absolutely required
- Ability to lead stakeholders in describing the business value of the project, understanding ROI
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead project teams in requirement sessions
