Job Description Job Classification: Contract Our Client is looking for someone that can serve as a liaison between the Business and IT departments. Will be working with both IT(various departments) and the Business owners to identify business needs/ requirements. Will be required to gather requirements using various formal tools and methodologies. Should have previous experience setting up work sessions, creating use cases, eliciting requirements, documenting, validating, reporting on sessions and providing updates to business users while facilitating meetings. Should have experience supporting both large and small internal projects at one time. Will also support the test team on test scripts and test cases. Should have proven ability to establish and build relationships with the internal end users through strong communication and best practices.
