PROJECT INFORMATION:
Will be working on a credit pricing project.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Applies technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements for small to large projects involving line of business and software/hardware developers.
- Work closely with business partners to determine requirements for technical solutions, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
- Participates in design, development and implementation of variously sized applications and changes to existing systems.
- Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs.
- May perform Project Management tasks and assist technical team with documentation.
- May manage projects including responsibility for a project and project budget.
- Works under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- IT or Business Administration degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience.
MUST HAVE SKILLS: (Candidates must have these skills to be considered.)
- Must be able to effectively communicate with business partners as well as technology partners.
- Experience with Gathering Requirements with details sufficient for development of technical designs.
- Experience with RAROC (Rate Adjusted Return On Capital)
- Experience with commercial pricing applications / commercial underwriting
- MS Office Suite (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Drive BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
- Create HLD (High Level Design Documents)
- Previously led small to medium size projects from a Project Management standpoint
- Intermediate – Advanced Excel experience (complex formulas, nested formulas, and indirect formulas)
- Light SQL skills (basic / simple queries)
