As a Kronos Business Analyst, you will gain valuable experience as you work to understand business drivers and implement solutions across industries and global markets.
Business Analyst responsibilities include:
- Analyzing customer requirements across Retail, Healthcare, Services and Distribution, Public Sector, and Manufacturing verticals, as well Global/Multi National corporations and geographies.
- Work to develop subject matter expertise in Kronos Workforce Central solutions. Assist field consultants and others to research complex business issues.
- Analyze customer data and correlate findings to help define future product roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review detailed product requirements and designs.
- Interface with Engineering throughout product development cycles, defining use cases and helping to deliver high impact, high quality solutions.

Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent
