Business Analyst Job in Indianapolis 46240, Indiana US

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in a search for a Business Analyst.  This resource will work with technical and non technical external customers along with internal developer and staff to meet customer needs within their CRM product.             

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Work with external customers to determine their needs, and internal developers and staff to complete these

·         Light configuration within a CRM.

·         Learn to become a CRM consultant

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Bachelor's Degree from accredited university is a must

·         3-5+ years of BA experience

·         Need someone that is familiar with technology. 

 

TERMS:

This is a direct hire role at $70-75k
