Business Analyst Job in Indianapolis, Indiana US
Our client, located in Indianapolis, is looking for a Business Analyst for an 8 month contract opportunity. Candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements; evaluating requirements; finalizing requirements in the form of documents, diagrams, matrices, and tables; and then managing subsequent changes to the requirement.
Candidate must be a self-starter that has true formal requirement gathering experience (5 years). Candidate must identify and work with key stakeholders and SME's in sessions in order to enhance user participation, expedite development, and improve the quality of specifications. Experience working in an Agile and/or SCRUM environment would be a plus.
We are looking for candidates that have experience working on long term, enterprise-wide projects alongside multiple BA's.
Required Skills:
• Experience participating in and leading JAD Sessions
• Experience creating test cases and test scripts
• Experience writing Use Cases
• Experience with Visio
