Relevant Experience (Yrs)
5 Yrs of exp in Information Technology with minimum 2yrs of exp in management skills, preferable in the pharmaceutical industry

Demonstrated ability to analyze the systems
Ability to conduct detailed interviews with user groups and subject matter experts to obtain information
Strong experience in applying appropriate retention schedules using the corporate records retention database and legal hold database
Strong technical documentation skills to develop retirement plans and implementation protocols
Understanding and background in a systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organization skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of staff and management
Very detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experienced with Office 2003, Outlook 2003, Windows XP, Microsoft Project, Visio, as well as other industry-standard web and database tools
Good working knowledge of computer hardware, including PC’s, file servers and storage devices
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Desired Skills       
Experience with GxP systems and validation

Roles Responsibilities   
Schedule appointments and conduct detailed interviews with user groups and subject matter experts to obtain information about systems used within the site
Document and confirm the findings following the interviews
Determine the appropriate retention schedules using the corporate records retention database and legal hold database
Prepare system retirement plans and implementation protocols, conduct review sessions and obtain necessary signoffs
Update and maintain the Systems Retirement Inventory system
Complete all required templates and reports
Accurately track and report project hours

Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
