Responsibilities
· Configure salesforce.com based on business requirements
· Utilize knowledge of Salesforce.com and the business to make recommendations to improve business processes
· Identify opportunities for business process improvement using resources available in the Salesforce.com AppExchange
· Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
Requirements
· Strong experience implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce.com
· Experience integrating technical solutions within an enterprise environment
· Strong background as a Business Analyst
